Why have I not received the password reset email?

Answer

As you have not received the email to your inbox it may be in your SPAM/junk folder.

As the email is sent from passwordreset@stockbrokers.barclays.co.uk it may have been identified as a potential phishing attempt by your mail provider.

To avoid this, you could add us(passwordreset@stockbrokers.barclays.co.uk) to your safe list of senders.

It's also possible that your email providers' internal SPAM settings are identifying this email as SPAM & stopping this at their gateway therefore the email is not going to your SPAM box. If this is the case you could ask your email provider to allow emails from passwordreset@stockbrokers.barclays.co.uk.
