Question

Why does my purchase cost show as 'n/a' in my account view?

Answer

If you trade in a stock more than once in a single day your purchase cost will show as 'n/a'.

This is a system limitation of our website. The calculation for the purchase cost will take place over night and will show the correct value the following day.
