Why do I get a blank window when opening a PDF document from your website?
If you are trying to open a publication such as Forms, Compass or Smart Investor from our website and you are seeing a blank page the steps below may resolve the issue
- Select "Tools" from the menu at the top of the screen (if you cant see this, press the ALT key to the left hand side of your space bar to make it visible)
- Select "Internet Options"
- Select the "Advanced" tab
- From here scroll down and find the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"
- Untick this box and select "Apply"
Now close all Internet Explorer windows and then try again.
To download the form please right click on the link and select the Save Link As option. You can then open the document from your desktop.
