What do I do if I cannot view the Login or Cancel button from the Login page of the website when using Internet Explorer?


If you cannot view the ‘Login' or ‘Cancel' button on the Login page in Internet Explorer, this is likely caused by a change to the browsers accessibility settings.

We have found that the following steps should resolve the issue

1. Select the ‘tools' menu in Internet Explorer
2. Select ‘Internet Options'
3. From the ‘General Tab' in the new window, select the ‘Accessibility link' near the bottom.
4. If any of the boxes are checked in either the ‘Formatting' or ‘User style sheet' options, uncheck them then select ‘OK'

The website should now display the ‘Login' and ‘Cancel' buttons.
