Question

What happens when I sell shares?

Answer

When you sell shares the proceeds will settle directly to your stockbroking account.  If you would like us to send the money to your bank on the settlement date you can make a cash withdrawal from your account by sending us a cash withdrawal instruction.

To do this:
Login to your account on our website
Select Cash Manager from the list of options on the left-hand side of the page
If you have nominated bank details, you can choose to make a same day payment (for a £25 fee) or 3 day transfer (no charge) to your bank account
Alternatively, you can ask us to send you a cheque.
