How do I reset my password?


If you have forgotten your password we can send you a link to allow you to reset it. This will be sent to your registered email address.


1. Select the 'Forgot your password?' from the Login page




2. Enter your User ID, Surname and Email address previously provided.

We will automatically send you a link to your email address.

3. Select the link in the email this will redirect you to the website and ask for 2 characters from your previously set Memorable word - there is also a hint box to help remind you.

4. You will now be asked to set a new password.

If you have forgotten your memorable word, User ID, or have not set a memorable word, you will need to call us on 0800 279 6551* or our local number 0141 352 3909*. (Please note we're unable to reset your password or give you your user ID via email.)

*Calls to 0800 numbers are free if made from a UK landline and calls to 0141 numbers are charged at local rate, mobile costs may vary - please check with your telecoms provider. Calls may be recorded so that we can monitor the quality of our service and for security purposes. Our opening hours are 7.30am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 6pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
