What are the opening hours of your Contact Centre?


To help you manage the cost of your call you now have a choice of numbers to contact our Client Service Team.

Call us on 0800 279 6551* or our local number 0141 352 3909*. If you are an Advisory client please contact your Advisor directly.

Our opening hours are:

07.30 - 19:00 Monday to Thursday
07.30 - 18.00 Friday
09.30 - 12.30 Saturday

If you're sending us valuable documents such as share certificates, you may want to consider using registered post.

Our fax number is 0845 605 2143.

We may ask you to send copies of documents to us by fax. So we can deal with your query promptly, please ensure that your fax includes the name of the person who has asked you to send the fax.

Please note that we cannot accept dealing instructions by fax.
