What is the Cash Management Service?
Our Cash Management Service (CMS), enables you to hold cash within your MarketMaster account, therefore giving you the ability to trade immediately with the cash available. When you open your account we’ll ask you to set up a Direct Debit so that if there aren’t enough funds in your CMS to cover a purchase or fees owed in the first instance, we will take the balance from your chosen bank account. Your CMS gives you the flexibility to:
- Decide whether you’d like income and fees to be paid to or taken from your CMS or bank account.
- Add funds to your CMS at anytime, online using a debit card, by phone or by cheque or BACS/CHAPS transfer.
Please note: cheques will show as cleared funds on the 6th working day after we have processed your cheque, in accordance with the Cheque and Credit Clearing Company (C&CCC) industry guidelines.
