Why have I received a much smaller cash dividend than expected?

You may have received a smaller cash dividend if you have requested that we take the Scrip Dividend for you.  If the Scrip Dividend is available then you will see that you have extra shares and may have a small cash payment, this will be the amount left over that wasn't enough to get another full share
