What is the Scrip Reference Price / book value of a Scrip Dividend?


The Scrip Reference price is used for calculating a Participating Shareholder's entitlement under the Scrip Dividend Programme. The Scrip reference price is calculated by taking the average mid-market price of the Company's shares over the five business days commencing on the ex-dividend date.
