Why have I not received a dividend on the Due Date?

The Due Date of the dividend does not mean that payment will be released.

Payment will be released when the funds have been received from the Registrar/Fund Manager. If you receive your payments into a Stockbroking account you will receive payment the day after release. If you have opted to receive payments to an external bank account, you will receive the funds 3-4 business days after release.
