Question

Where can I find a list of Mandatory Corporate Actions?

Answer

You can check our website to see if any of the shares you hold are going through a Mandatory Corporate Action. To check this

>Login to your account
>Click 'Portfolio & Deal' from the tabs at the top of the page
>Select 'Corporate Actions summary' from the dropdown menu
>Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find a link to download the PDF

Here you'll find a list of current Corporate Actions. Please note that these are archived every 6 months.

Should any of the companies in which you hold shares be going through a Voluntary Corporate Action you will receive written correspondence to notify you of your options in the event, where we have time to issue with a letter. Alternatively, we may email or contact you via telephone if an event has a short deadline.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for please contact us on 0800 901 2911.
