Question

What type of dividends are available?

Answer

You have three options on how you wish to receive your dividends:

The first is to receive a cash dividend based on your entitled position. The second is to receive a scrip dividend which is shares issued by the company in place of your cash dividend. This is only available if the company offer a scrip option. If not, you will receive the cash dividend. The third is Automatic Dividend Reinvestment (ADR) which means Barclays Stockbrokers will reinvest your cash dividend into the company which issued the dividend within ten working days of the cash dividend being credited to your portfolio. If a scrip option available, we will accept this instead of reinvesting your cash dividend through ADR.
