Question

Where can I find out Corporate Actions information?

Answer

You can check our website to see if any of the shares you hold are going through a Mandatory Corporate Action.

To check this:

Login to your account
Select Portfolio & Deal from the tabs at the top of the page
Select Corporate Actions from the menu at the left-hand side
Here you'll find a list of current Corporate Actions

Please note that these are archived every 6 months.

Should any of the companies in which you hold shares be going through a Voluntary Corporate Action you will typically receive written correspondence to notify you of your options in the event if you live in the UK and we receive notice that makes it clear that you can take up the options in time to tell you and receive your instruction.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for please contact us on 0800 901 2911.
