Question

Can I use a Direct Debit to pay for deals in my ISA?

Answer

No, you can only deal in an ISA if you have cash available in your ISA.

You can add a maximum of £11,880 (2014/15) in each tax year to an ISA with Barclays Stockbrokers.

It is your responsibility to fund your ISA and you can subscribe by debit card, cheque or by setting up a separate 'regular payments DDI' to add cash to your ISA each month.
