What are the restrictions on payments made over the telephone?

Answer

Please note the following restrictions when making a payment by Debit Card over the telephone:

MarketMaster accounts – Minimum value that can be deposited is £5 and maximum value is £75,000.
Investment ISA accounts – Minimum value of a top-up subscription is £5 and maximum is the value of your amount remaining to subscribe.
Managed ISA accounts – Minimum value of a top-up subscription is £2,000 and maximum is the value of your amount remaining to subscribe.

Before telephoning us please make sure you have your account number available, the card you are using is in your possession and details of the type of payment you want to make: Cash Deposit, Subscription or Payment of Charges.
