Question

How long do you hold funds before rejecting a payment?

Answer

We will hold funds received for up to 5 days before returning if we are unable to apply them. The most common reason for being unable to apply funds is due to insufficient information or verification.

During this period we will try to obtain additional information or request additional verification to enable us to apply the funds. If we are unable to do so within the 5 working days the funds are rejected.
