How do CHAPS requests affect the Available to Withdraw amount?


When a client requests that the proceeds of a sale or a same day withdrawal is made, the Available to Withdraw will not update until the task is actioned by Cash Ops. This is because both of these withdrawals have to be processed manually by us whereas when a client completes an ordinary withdrawal online they are actually completing the transaction themselves.
