Question

Can I deposit funds with Barclays Stockbrokers for future dealing?

Answer

Yes, you can deposit funds with us by Debit Card, BACS/CHAPS transfers or Cheque (subject to clearance) and they will accrue interest at our published rates. See ‘Rates & Charges' for our interest rates.

Your BACS/CHAPS payment should reference your 13-digit portfolio number, and be paid from a personal account in your name, displaying your full surname and initial.

Please note - For MarketMaster accounts you will need to have agreed to the terms and conditions of our Cash Management Service (CMS) before being able to add cash to your account.

A MarketMaster which has no CMS will have deals settled directly to/from their bank account (and will not have online access).
