What can I invest in through the Regular Investment service?
You can invest in 86 funds from the Citywire Selection. The full list of funds available can be found here.
How do I pay for my Regular Investment service?
You need to ensure that the money is cleared in your account by 10am before your chosen investment day.
How many regular investment instructions can I place?
We allow up to 10 regular investment instructions per account.
What days are available for my regular investment order?
You can select either the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of every month for your regular investment to take place.
You will receive a contract note each month to confirm that your investment has taken place and the full details of the investment.

How do I apply for your Regular Investment service?
We can confirm your regular investment by phone or by post. To complete by phone simply call us on 0800 279 6551 / 0141 352 3909 and select option 2 for trading then option 3 to set up your regular investment instruction.
To complete by post you need to complete the regular investment form and return this to:

In both instances we need you to confirm the SEDOL of each fund, the fund name and manager, how much you with to invest and what day you wish your investment to take place.
How do I cancel my regular investment instruction?
To cancel your instruction you simply call our contact centre on 0800 279 6551 and notify that you wish to cancel your instruction.
They will then confirm the cancellation of your order and confirm when the last investment will be placed.
When selling a fund please ensure you check if there are active regular investments set up for that fund and that the client is aware that if they do not cancel the regular investment, more units will be purchased.
