Question

How do I lodge certificates held in the name of a company?

Answer

CERTIFICATES HELD IN THE NAME OF A COMPANY

For any stock held in the name of a Company you will have to complete a Corporate Resolution form as well as the appropriate Transfer form (Australia, US & Canada, South Africa, Hong Kong).

I.e. a Tyco International certificate held in the name of ABC Limited.

The form should be completed and sent in to us along with the Certificate and Transfer form.
