Question

When do I receive Contract Notes?

Answer

Whichever account you have opened, every time you deal we will send you a Contract Note by post. On your Contract Note you will see the price at which the order was dealt, the total amount due and the settlement date.

In addition to Contract Notes, all accounts, will receive regular Portfolio Valuations and Cash Statements.

Please note when you take up shares from a rights issue, or open offer, you will not receive a contract note. You will simply see the number of ordinary shares held increase accordingly. This is because we don't purchase the shares on the market. We accept them on your behalf from the company, and then lodge them into your account.
